Position: Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Leading the sales team and managing performance across corporate and leisure segments
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and high value clients
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Managing the departmental budget and overseeing sales reports for leadership
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales in a 5 star luxury property
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and result oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and negotiation abilities
- Established network within the Jakarta corporate and luxury travel market
- Ability to lead a team towards ambitious commercial goals
