Position: Sales Manager/Executive (Japanese Native)
Responsibilities:
- Manage Japanese corporate accounts and guests.
- Develop sales strategies for the Japanese market.
- Maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients.
- Ensure cultural needs of Japanese guests are met.
- Achieve sales revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Native Japanese speaker with good English skills.
- Experience in sales or guest relations in a hotel.
- Strong understanding of Japanese business culture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
