Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen and food preparation.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dishes.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
Qualifications:
- Indonesian citizen (mandatory).
- 3 years of experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants.
- Strong culinary skills in international and contemporary cuisine.
- Leadership ability with excellent communication skills.
- Composed, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
- Passion for creativity and professionalism in every plate.
- Ability to work effectively within a distinguished culinary team.
