Position: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen and food preparation.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dishes.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.

Qualifications:

  • Indonesian citizen (mandatory).
  • 3 years of experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants.
  • Strong culinary skills in international and contemporary cuisine.
  • Leadership ability with excellent communication skills.
  • Composed, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
  • Passion for creativity and professionalism in every plate.
  • Ability to work effectively within a distinguished culinary team.
