Position: Chef de Partie – All Day Dining
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the All Day Dining kitchen section.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes for buffet and a la carte.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Assist in menu planning and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Experience as Chef de Partie in an international hotel chain.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cuisines.
- Leadership ability and team player.
- Good understanding of HACCP.
- Passion for food excellence.
