Position: Chef de Partie – All Day Dining
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the All Day Dining kitchen section.
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes for buffet and a la carte.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as Chef de Partie in an international hotel chain.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cuisines.
  • Leadership ability and team player.
  • Good understanding of HACCP.
  • Passion for food excellence.
