Position: Executive Pastry Chef
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative, artistic, and high quality pastry and bakery products for luxury guests.
- Design and execute showpiece displays for high profile resort events and presentations.
- Oversee pastry operations across Boutique, Ala carte, and Banquet sections.
- Apply and maintain strict HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards daily.
- Lead and collaborate with the culinary team with a positive mindset and professional attitude.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel background.
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or Pastry is preferable.
- Skilled in designing and executing high quality showpiece displays.
- Strong knowledge and application of food safety and HACCP standards.
- Collaborative team player with a positive mindset.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta.
- Extensive experience in international luxury hotel chains is a plus.
