Position: Dimsum Commis
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dimsum dishes.
- Assist in menu planning and creation of new dimsum items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen station.
- Monitor stock of ingredients and minimize waste.
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in dimsum preparation.
- Knowledge of Chinese cuisine.
- Good culinary skills and passion for cooking.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Hardworking and reliable.
