Position: Dimsum Commis
Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dimsum dishes.
  • Assist in menu planning and creation of new dimsum items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen station.
  • Monitor stock of ingredients and minimize waste.
  • Ensure consistency in taste and presentation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in dimsum preparation.
  • Knowledge of Chinese cuisine.
  • Good culinary skills and passion for cooking.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Hardworking and reliable.
