Position: Head Cook
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, consistent, and visually refined dishes for luxury guests
- Evaluate and execute the best culinary solutions as a critical thinker
- Manage ingredient handling, portion control, and luxury plating standards
- Maintain strict kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead the culinary team to excellence
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of culinary experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality and visually refined dishes
- Excellent knowledge of ingredient handling and luxury plating standards
- Strong understanding of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene protocols
- Extensive experience in luxury 5-star resorts or international hotel chains is a plus
- Based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok
- Critical thinker with the ability to evaluate best solutions prior to execution
