Position: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the culinary department and oversee all kitchen operations for the new hotel
  • Develop innovative menus and concepts for all dining outlets and banquet services
  • Manage food costs, labor, and kitchen supplies to meet financial targets
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Train, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver culinary excellence

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant
  • Strong expertise in menu development and pre-opening operations
  • In-depth knowledge of HACCP and international hygiene standards
  • Creative culinary vision with a passion for quality ingredients
  • Excellent leadership and administrative skills for kitchen management
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability to work under pressure in a pre-opening environment
