Position: Commis
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior chefs in food preparation and production for all outlets
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety sanitation standards
- Learn and implement recipe standards for consistent food quality
- Handle raw ingredients and prepare mise-en-place for daily operations
- Follow all kitchen safety and hygiene protocols strictly
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or vocational training in kitchen operations
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn in a professional kitchen
- Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and food safety practices
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure team environment
- Disciplined and committed to Archipelago’s kitchen standards
- Previous experience or internship in a hotel kitchen is an advantage
- Available for flexible shift schedules including holidays
