Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales initiatives to drive room and event revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
- mentor and guide the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
- Excellent organizational, time management skills, and a great team work.
- Proficient MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
- Proven track record in sales management within the hospitality industry.
