Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon is a premier Swiss-inspired beachfront destination overlooking the scenic South China Sea, located just an hour from Singapore. Position: Senior Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve resort revenue targets
- Proactively identify and secure new corporate and leisure business opportunities
- Manage and nurture key client accounts and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted promotional campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Senior experience in resort or hotel sales
- Strong negotiation and network skills
- Results-driven with a track record of success
- Excellent presentation and social skills
- Knowledge of Bintan and regional markets
- Fluent in English and multiple languages is a plus
- Leadership ability to guide a sales team
