Position: Event Executive
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage logistics for corporate meetings, weddings, and social events
- Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and ensure flawless execution
- Conduct site inspections and present hotel facilities to potential clients
- Coordinate with the F&B and operations teams for banquet and setup needs
- Handle event billing, contracts, and post-event guest feedback
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or sales within a hotel or event venue
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office
- Creative problem-solver with a strong guest service orientation
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Flexible to work during event hours, including evenings and weekends
