Position: Events Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the events department
- Assist in event setup coordination and vendor management
- Liaise with clients for event documentation and minor inquiries
- Coordinate event room blocks and onsite registration tasks
- Assist in preparing event reports and maintaining event files
Qualifications:
- Prior experience or training in event support
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of event logistics and client service
- Excellent team player with proactive attitude
- Ability to assist in event planning and execution
- Detail-oriented and efficient work habits
- Committed to event success
