Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Lead the pre-opening sales and marketing strategy to establish market positioning.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Mentor and build a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align brand strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and luxury travel partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a DOSM in luxury hospitality, preferably with pre-opening experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the Bali market and international luxury trends.
- Indonesian citizen (mandatory for this role based on context).
- Ability to drive revenue and brand awareness effectively.
- Passionate about creating unique guest experiences.
