Position: Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing bookings and documentation
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide professional proposals for rooms and events
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of group arrivals and events
- Maintain and update client database and sales activity reports property wide
- Assist in organizing site inspections and promotional activities in the Medan area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Sales or Front Office role within a professional hotel
- Highly motivated, good team player, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and hotel systems
- Professional appearance and proactive attitude towards guest service
- Reliable and able to work effectively under deadlines
- Relevant degree or certificate in Hospitality Management is preferred
