Position: Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive hotel revenue performance
- Address guest inquiries and provide professional proposals for rooms and events
- Maintain and optimize client relationships through regular sales calls and site visits
- Collaborate with the Revenue team to implement dynamic promotions and occupancy strategies
- Provide regular financial forecasting and sales activity reporting for senior leadership
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within a professional hotel
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Strong team spirit and service-oriented mindset
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to sales and business development
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for client engagement
- Fluency in English is essential for professional guest interaction
- Relevant degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management is highly regarded
