Position: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive hotel revenue performance
  • Address guest inquiries and provide professional proposals for rooms and events
  • Maintain and optimize client relationships through regular sales calls and site visits
  • Collaborate with the Revenue team to implement dynamic promotions and occupancy strategies
  • Provide regular financial forecasting and sales activity reporting for senior leadership

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within a professional hotel
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Strong team spirit and service-oriented mindset
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to sales and business development
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for client engagement
  • Fluency in English is essential for professional guest interaction
  • Relevant degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management is highly regarded
