Position: E-Commerce Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage online travel agency (OTA) partnerships and extranets.
- Monitor online rates and inventory to maximize revenue.
- Update resort content and promotions on digital platforms.
- Analyze e-commerce performance and suggest improvements.
- Assist guests with online bookings and inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce or reservations in the hotel industry.
- Familiarity with OTA platforms and channel managers.
- Strong analytical and computer skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
