Position: Learning & Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs for all staff levels.
- Assess training needs and develop curriculum.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust strategies.
- Support career development and succession planning.
Qualifications:
- Experience in learning and development within the hospitality industry.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Passion for people development.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
