Position: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Implement HR strategies that support business objectives and company culture
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Marriott standards
- Manage employee engagement programs and benefits administration
- Provide guidance and support to department heads on HR-related matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
