Position: Commis
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking.
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards accurately.
- Adhere to all kitchen hygiene and safety regulations.
- Support the team in daily kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis in a professional kitchen.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety.
- Hardworking, reliable, and able to learn quickly.
- A positive attitude and a strong team player.
