Position: Guest Relation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Welcome VIP guests and provide personalized service throughout their stay
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests
- Promote hotel facilities and loyalty programs to enhance guest experience
- Maintain a visible presence in the lobby to assist guests as needed
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Previous experience in guest relations or front office role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Groomed appearance and a warm, friendly personality
- Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
- Customer service oriented with a proactive attitude
- Familiarity with property management systems is a plus
