Position: Guest Relations Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Manage guest relations and service recovery issues with professional tact and efficiency.
- Coordinate with all departments to handle VIP guest requests and special amenities.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to promote hotel services and local attractions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a guest relations or front office role at an upscale property.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming and polished presentation standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and guest-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS).
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
