Position: Guest Relation
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to VIP guests and ensure their needs are met.
- Manage guest relations and resolve concerns to maintain a “tentrem” experience.
- Assist in the coordination of guest arrivals, stays, and departures.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and promote hotel services.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless guest communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 (One) years experience at 5-star hotel.
- Familiar with all nature of hotel operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Refined professional grooming and Javanese service etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours as a daily worker.
- Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
