Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a lasting positive impact
- Manage room assignments and process guest payments accurately
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest room readiness
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position in the hotel industry
- Good communication and strong organizational skills
- Team player with a good personality and guest-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS)
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems effectively
- Polished and professional appearance
