Position: Coordination Curator (PBX / Admin)
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments
- Perform administrative tasks to support front office operations
- Handle guest requests received via phone or digital channels
- Maintain accurate records and guest communication logs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service delivery
Qualifications:
- Experience in PBX operations or administrative roles in hospitality
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and data entry abilities
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel software
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset
