Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Front Office team provides a professional and friendly service to guests
- Manage guest bookings and reservations efficiently
- Oversee the check-in and check-out process for all guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Train and mentor front office staff to maintain high service standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Front Office Manager
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written

- Maximum 45 years of age
- Professional appearance and demeanor
