Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations during shifts to ensure seamless guest experiences and safety.

- Supervise front office staff and provide support for check-in and check-out procedures.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a front office supervisory or management role within an international hotel.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and guest service software.
- Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and safety procedures.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
