Position: Guest Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival with professional courtesy and handle check in procedures efficiently
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel facilities, services, and local area information in Jakarta Pusat
- Process guest requests and complaints promptly to ensure a seamless stay experience
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records in the property management system
- Collaborate with housekeeping and engineering teams to resolve room issues immediately
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Proven experience in a front office or guest service role within a hotel environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in using hotel property management systems
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
