Position: Guest Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival with professional courtesy and handle check in procedures efficiently
  • Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel facilities, services, and local area information in Jakarta Pusat
  • Process guest requests and complaints promptly to ensure a seamless stay experience
  • Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records in the property management system
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and engineering teams to resolve room issues immediately

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Proven experience in a front office or guest service role within a hotel environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer oriented mindset
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in using hotel property management systems
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
