Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Front Office operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Manage and mentor the Front Office team to maintain high service standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism
- Monitor departmental budget and manage costs effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to maximize room occupancy and revenue
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel or resort
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and guest-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Highly motivated and committed to excellence
