Position: Human Resources Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as HR Manager or similar senior role in hospitality, preferably in a 5-star Bandung hotel.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Experience in performance management and industrial relations.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Degree in HR Management or related field.
