Position: Human Resources Manager

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as HR Manager or similar senior role in hospitality, preferably in a 5-star Bandung hotel.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Experience in performance management and industrial relations.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Degree in HR Management or related field.
