Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments securely.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in the same position, preferably from an international hotel chain.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Target-oriented team player with strong leadership potential.
