We are currently looking for creative souls to join this hoteljob.id vacancy for our upcoming opening in Bali.

Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hotel operations and ensure guest satisfaction across all shifts
- Act as the primary contact for guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Oversee front office activities and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations within the resort
- Provide leadership and support to staff, especially during high-occupancy periods
Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory or management role in front office or rooms division
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to handle guest complaints and emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Proficiency in hotel management software and guest relations
- Excellent team player with a focus on delivering high quality service
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field
