Position: Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments during pre-opening
- Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures to ensure peak cleanliness
- Manage inventory, budgets, and labor costs for the department effectively
- Train and develop the housekeeping team to deliver five-star service standards
- Coordinate with engineering and front office for room readiness and maintenance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a five star resort
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Leadership ability to build and motivate a new housekeeping team
- Knowledge of the latest cleaning technologies and eco-friendly practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and guest interaction abilities
- Willingness to work in a pre-opening environment with high standards
- Degree in hospitality management or related professional experience
