Position: Asst. Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily reception, concierge, and guest service operations
  • Ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes while maintaining five-star service standards
  • Lead and mentor the front office team to enhance guest satisfaction and handle complex inquiries
  • Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping and sales to optimize occupancy
  • Handle guest feedback proactively to ensure a memorable stay “Under the SOL”

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position within a 4 or 5-star hotel
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team
  • Positive attitude, good personality, and highly self-motivated
  • Honest, enthusiastic, and dedicated to professional excellence
  • Indonesian citizenship
