Position: Asst. Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily reception, concierge, and guest service operations
- Ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes while maintaining five-star service standards
- Lead and mentor the front office team to enhance guest satisfaction and handle complex inquiries
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping and sales to optimize occupancy
- Handle guest feedback proactively to ensure a memorable stay “Under the SOL”
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position within a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team
- Positive attitude, good personality, and highly self-motivated
- Honest, enthusiastic, and dedicated to professional excellence
- Indonesian citizenship
