We are currently looking for creative souls to join this hoteljob.id vacancy for our upcoming opening in Bali.

Position: General Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the resort’s pre-opening and future operations
  • Ensure the resort meets the highest international standards of luxury and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve financial and operational goals
  • Lead and mentor the management team to foster a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a luxury hotel or resort environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a vision for strategic growth and pre-opening success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on financial performance and operational efficiency
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality and brand standards
  • Degree in hospitality management or related field is highly preferred
  • In depth knowledge of the Bali hospitality market and pre-opening procedures
