Position: Guest Relation Officer (Japanese Native)
Responsibilities:
- Provide highly personalized and professional guest relations service specifically to Japanese-speaking guests from arrival to departure.
- Act as the main point of contact for Japanese guests, addressing their needs and inquiries accurately and courteously in their native language.
- Ensure all Japanese guest preferences and special requests are met meticulously.
- Translate and communicate effectively between Japanese guests and local staff/management.
- Proactively engage with guests, possessing strong organizational skills to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Japanese Native Speaker with fluency in Japanese (verbal and written) and a strong command of English.
- Prior experience (minimum 1 year) as a Guest Relation Officer (GRO) or Guest Service Agent (GSA) in a hotel, preferably catering to the Japanese market segment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high patience for customers, good personality and impeccable appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a passionate and talented individual ready to take their career to the next level.
- Familiarity with the Karawang area and local guest expectations is a plus.
