Position: Engineering (Kitchen Equipment Specialist)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel engineering or kitchen equipment maintenance
• Technical knowledge of MEP systems and commercial kitchen equipment
• Ability to diagnose and perform preventative maintenance and repairs
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and contractor coordination
