Engineering Admin (Apprentice)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Engineering department.
- Assist in tracking work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory.
- Handle departmental correspondence, filing, and data entry.
- Help prepare reports on utility consumption and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with other departments for engineering-related requests.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma program in Administration or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eager to learn about hotel engineering and maintenance operations.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Available for a 3-6 month internship period.
