Engineering Admin (Apprentice)

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Engineering department.
• Assist in tracking work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory.
• Handle departmental correspondence, filing, and data entry.
• Help prepare reports on utility consumption and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with other departments for engineering-related requests.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma program in Administration or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eager to learn about hotel engineering and maintenance operations.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Available for a 3-6 month internship period.
