Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in HR roles within hospitality
• Experience in talent development, learning programs and HR operations
• Good leadership, reliable and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment, performance management and local labour laws
• Ability to drive culture and employee engagement initiatives
