Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory/front office role at a 4/5-star hotel
• Strong leadership, decision-making and guest service skills
• Proficient in PMS (Opera advantage) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to handle operational issues and support teams across shifts
