Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Familiarity with Opera PMS, Microsoft Office, and hotel reporting
• Enjoys guest interaction and is naturally comfortable with social conversation
