Position: Guest Service Host
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Familiarity with Opera PMS, Microsoft Office, and hotel reporting
- Enjoys guest interaction and is naturally comfortable with social conversation
