Qualifications:

• Experience in F&B marketing communications and digital campaigns
• Content creation, social media, and PR coordination skills
• Branding, photography coordination, and promotion planning
• Strong copywriting in English; design skills are advantageous
• Results-oriented with clear ROI tracking

General Qualifications (All Roles):

• Proven experience in similar role at a 4 or 5 star hotel (minimum 2–5 years, depending on position)
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management
• Target-driven with service excellence and guest satisfaction focus
• Hands-on operational capability with strategic thinking
• Excellent English communication; additional language preferred
• Familiar with budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate hotel vehicles safely and responsibly
