Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in Chinese cuisine or Asian kitchen sections
• Solid culinary techniques, knife skills and knowledge of Chinese ingredients
• Ability to prepare menu items consistently and maintain high hygiene standards
• Experience in portion control, food cost awareness and kitchen teamwork
• Willingness to work flexible hours and support banqueting or outlet services
