Pullman Lombok Merujani Mandalika Beach Resort is a 5-star beachfront resort located in the Mandalika area of Lombok, offering contemporary luxury, extensive event facilities, and exceptional beachfront dining and leisure experiences. Nestled on Mandalika’s stunning shores, the hotel blends modern international standards with local warmth—ideal for guests attending major events and leisure travelers seeking comfort and convenience during the MotoGP season and throughout the year.
As part of the Accor family, Pullman Lombok provides a professional and inclusive work environment with opportunities for short-term event staffing and long-term career growth. For the upcoming MotoGP event we are recruiting casual and temporary staff to support high-volume, fast-paced event operations—expect on-site training, team-focused culture, flexible shifts, and a rewarding event-season working experience.
Position: Hot Kitchen
Qualifications:
- Experience in hot kitchen operations in hotels or large events
- Strong culinary skills and understanding of portion control
- Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen hygiene
- Able to work under pressure during high-volume service
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Total Required: 6 pax
