Position: Demi Chef de Partie (Teppanyaki Restaurant)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Teppanyaki dishes
- Ensure mise-en-place is ready for service operations
- Maintain cleanliness of the Teppanyaki station and kitchen equipment
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in Teppanyaki cooking techniques
- Good knife skills and showmanship potential
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Indonesian National only due to work permit limitations
