Position: Jr. Sous Chef

Responsibilities:
- Support the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in kitchen management
- Oversee a section of the kitchen and ensure smooth workflow
- Train junior chefs and ensure adherence to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
- Assist in menu planning and food cost control
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a hotel environment
- Solid culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
- Good communication and leadership potential
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment
