Position: Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., sauce, grill, pastry)
- Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes
- Supervise Commis Chefs and ensure quality consistency
- Maintain proper stock levels and minimize food wastage
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed in the section
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel
- Strong knowledge of the specific section’s culinary requirements
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to train and guide junior staff
