Position: Executive Sous Chef

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food preparation standards are met
- Monitor food waste and control operational costs
- Conduct training sessions for culinary team members
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all kitchen areas
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a luxury hotel
- Strong culinary skills and leadership abilities
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to manage multiple outlets effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
