Position: Chef De Cuisine

Responsibilities:

  • Master and execute advanced cooking techniques across various cuisines (e.g., French, Italian, Indian, Asian)
  • Oversee kitchen operations and ensure culinary excellence in assigned outlets
  • Manage food costs and inventory control effectively
  • Lead and mentor the kitchen brigade to achieve service goals
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of one year in a similar position, preferably at a luxury hotel or resort
  • Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Master and execute advanced cooking techniques across various cuisines
  • Financial acumen required (budgeting, forecasting, expense control)
