Position: Chef De Cuisine
Responsibilities:
- Master and execute advanced cooking techniques across various cuisines (e.g., French, Italian, Indian, Asian)
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure culinary excellence in assigned outlets
- Manage food costs and inventory control effectively
- Lead and mentor the kitchen brigade to achieve service goals
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of one year in a similar position, preferably at a luxury hotel or resort
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Master and execute advanced cooking techniques across various cuisines
- Financial acumen required (budgeting, forecasting, expense control)
