Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage kitchen operations to ensure high-quality seafood and Mediterranean cuisine
- Design and implement innovative menus that align with El Kabron’s luxury brand
- Oversee food safety standards and maintain strict hygiene in the kitchen
- Mentor and train the kitchen brigade to achieve consistent culinary excellence
- Control food costs and manage inventory effectively for all dining outlets
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role within luxury beach clubs or high-end restaurants
- Expertise in seafood preparation and Mediterranean culinary techniques
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Creative mindset with a passion for artistic food presentation
- Knowledge of international food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
